A customer service centre has opened in Polokwane as part of the plan to establish a centre in every province.
The centre offers help with claim forms, lodging claims, document submission and claim queries, and has self-service terminals connected to My RAF.

Supporting documents can now be uploaded against a claim through My RAF, with an immediate receipt, a reference number and a register that shows every submission and its status.
