Privacy notice

This notice explains how personal information is processed on this portal, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA). This is a demonstration environment with synthetic data.

What we collect

• Account details when you register for protected services: name, email address, and for attorneys a practice number.
• Claim documents you upload, with the metadata needed to file them against the right claim.
• Usage information: pages viewed and, only with your consent, clicks and scroll depth used to improve page layouts.
• Chat messages with the assistant, kept to improve answers and to train staff. Do not share ID numbers or medical details in the chat.

How we protect it

Information is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited by role, and every access to protected services is recorded in an audit trail tied to a session identifier.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, and you may object to processing. Contact the Information Officer through the contact page.
