Outreach teams visited eight communities in the Eastern Cape to explain how to lodge a claim, which documents are needed and how to avoid fraud.
Volunteers were also registered to report road hazards through the road safety hub.

Supporting documents can now be uploaded against a claim through My RAF, with an immediate receipt, a reference number and a register that shows every submission and its status.
